The Office Centre were awarded this prestigious contract, to provide Irish Broadband with their complete office furniture requirements. following the relocation from two separate locations in south Dublin, to their New Head Quarters which will serve over 240 staff at Sandyford Business Centre.

Having previously operated from a number of different locations in Dublin 2, our space planned drawings to allow 146 staff be facilitated in their new Irish Head Quarters, through the consolidation of Man Financial services Dublin operation, while at the same time allow for future expansions, became a key factor in us being awarded this contract with one of the financial sectors blue chip companies.

Having worked with one of Irelands most well known brand names since it's inception, The Office Centre are delighted to have worked with them on numerous projects at their plant in Athlone, where their staff numbers are currently at over 1400.

In 2005 Condell The Office Centre were awarded the contract by Roche Ireland
(a manufacturing centre of excellence for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients) for the refurbishment of its administrative section. The objective was to maximise working space within the core office shell. This involved a full turnkey project which included the provision of carpet tiles, demountable partitions, office screens and office furniture (desking, storage and chairs).
